Privacy policy
MYE4 Performance collects only the information needed to train athletes well and keep families informed.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), athlete profile information such as date of birth, sport and emergency contact, training and assessment data you or your coach record, scheduling and attendance history, and payment records processed by our payment provider.
How we use it
To deliver training, build programming, run assessments and scheduling, process payments, send booking and program notifications, and support your account. We do not sell your information.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. MYE4 never stores full card numbers on its own systems.
Minors and parent accounts
Athletes under 18 are managed through a linked parent or guardian account. Parents can view their own athlete's profile, schedule, assessments and programming.
Who can see athlete data
Access is role-based. Coaches and administrators see only the athletes and information their role requires; front desk staff cannot see assessments or financial records.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time from your dashboard, adjust notification preferences, and request account deletion by contacting us.
